Accident

Cancer and Critical Illness

Colonial Health Advantagesm is a limited benefit medical plan that can help you provide your employees and their families with the means to access needed health care services. This product provides limited benefits to help cover services such as doctor visits, preventive care, pharmacy, hospital confinement and surgery. Your employees can enjoy the security of knowing they have some level of coverage to obtain the care they need from the providers they choose.

This is a Group Limited Benefit Hospital Confinement Indemnity and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Plan. It is not designed to replace a major medical, other comprehensive and/or catastrophic plan. This is limited coverage that may not provide a reimbursement for all medical expenses a policyholder may incur.
