Particularly women see 30 as a deadline to have a successful career, perfect husband and children. A phenomenon of clients aged 28-32 who were mainly single and despairing that their lives lack meaning. Some of these individuals were making big life changing decisions such as ditching highly paying jobs for more community minded vocations. The growing trend is to delay marriage and children and now extends the shelf life of being single into the 30s, leaving many feeling unfulfilled and isolated. People might live alone in a city studio, and live an isolated existence  which consist of going to work then coming home, and doing activities like working out, gym, and watching DVDS or movies.
